Insightful podcast, so much truth in the staging of items in the content. Internal hiring teams are far away from being prepared to avoid and do a great job at preventing candidate reneging. It's been common long around before the recent mass tech layoffs. So much overhead gets squandered. I'd be curious knowing the status of sign on bonuses to deal with lack of severance when companies say "it's hard policy not to include severance. SOB can often work, Would be interested in your thoughts on this.
